On Tuesday 6 October we're hosting a free live webinar on how 2026 has developed across the Nordic and Baltic hotel markets — and what's already on the books for the twelve months ahead.
Benchmarking Alliance collects daily performance data from more than 2,000 hotels in the region. In 30 minutes we go through occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and total revenue from January through September: how the year developed quarter by quarter, how the summer compared to last year, and which markets grew, which held rate and which traded rate for volume.
Then we look the other way — at what's already on the books for the twelve months ahead, and what the booking pace across the region is telling us.
