### How can I manage user access and administration?

You can manage user access and administration under the SETTINGS/USERS section in your account. If you lack admin access, please check with your team internally. For quick help, refer to the red question mark icon and the FAQ tab.

### What do I do if I'm missing reports or encounter bad data?

We are actively reviewing and updating today's data. You can manually pull a report later today to see updated information. If issues persist, please contact us again for further assistance.

### Where can I find manuals and detailed guidelines?

After logging in, click on the MANUALS tab at the top right corner to download guidelines, compset information, tips, tricks, agreement forms, and general terms and conditions. The FAQ tab next to it provides additional quick answers.
